Jewellery Design & Manufacture

Our stores are well stocked with beautiful jewellery all ready for you to try. If you don’t find your perfect piece of jewellery on our shelves, we will happily work with you to create it, working within your budget and specifications.

This will often involve drawing various designs for you to ensure we understand your vision. We’ll then get a small range of diamonds or coloured stones for you to view and choose from. Once you’ve selected the right stone for you, the manufacturing process begins.

You will be invited to view the piece part way through making to be sure everything is going according to your plan. Your finished piece will usually be assessed by an independent valuer, so when you collect your jewellery it is complete with documents for your insurance company.

If you are travelling abroad you may also like to take advantage our tax free option and export your jewellery. Some conditions apply to this.

This entire “made to order” process takes approximately 4 weeks, but you’ll find it is well worth the wait.

All of our jewellery comes with a promise of maintenance from us. We suggest you visit with your jewellery at least once a year, so that we can check and clean it, free of charge. Our jewellery also has a lifetime guarantee for workmanship.
